Been lurking around the threads for a month or two now and figured it was time to actually make an account. Been interested in the physics of long range shooting for a long time now but have not had access to a range that goes beyond 200 yds until moving to Iowa for school. Have some money in the budget to build a good precision rifle now and am leaning more towards the AR-10 platform in 6.5 CM since I like to build things. Since I only have some preliminary build ideas I appreciate any advice on AR-10 builds or arguments for other calibers or a bolt gun.
