what is the difference in a US optice 35x17x44 T-Pal and a 3.5x17x44 Ergo. Please dont hang me.

The t-pal has the focus/paralax on the side. The ERGO has it on the bell.

How the parallax is adjusted. On an Ergo it is on the Ocular on a T-pal there is a added knob.

I prefer the TPAL. One of my shooting buddies had the ERGO and I don't think he much cared for it. I say you made the right choice, but its all personal preference.

Me thinks he meant "objective", not "ocular".
