Newer lots of Fed SR Match AR in Bolt actions

Hey everyone... Midway has a great sale on some SRPs specifically the Federal Match AR. I have had some issues using the CCI41s in bolt guns and also have had some failures with the Federal small rifle match primers.... Im seeing if anyone is running these in a bolt gun application with a standard strength spring. Will be running in a FX7 and a ARC CDG. Not going to buy these until I can determine if they work in a bolt... I have TONS of the CCI41s so no need to grab them for AR applications.

Supposedly they have the same cup thickness as something like a BR4, CCI 450, etc. I would see no reason they wouldnt work in your CDG action. I have used them in the past with no issues. If they were widely available locally, Id probably run them in my 6 CM, but we are mostly CCI 450s, BR4s and Rem 7.5s locally.

Thanks! Ill try them out and see what happens... CCI450s work really well in the CDG. The Faxon has the same strength firing pin spring so should work as well... one way to find out! lol

Thank you! IM picking up a brick of 5k. I went through way more rounds this past couple months than I expected... and I still suck! Wife is getting pretty good though...
