NF right height question for flat top

I finally pulled the trigger and got a Nightforce NSX MLR mil/mil ZS. It was suggested to me to mate it with the extra high 1.375 unimount with a 20 moa offset for flat top applications or amy AR10 type rifles. Has anyone used the standard height mount of 1.125 inch ? Thanks in advance.

Irons are @1.4" above the rail, so the 1.375 is "standard" height.

Your stock/cheek weld may work fine with the lower mount, but it is @.25" lower than Iron/cowitness height.

It really depends on your specific cheek weld, so if in doubt I would go 1.375"
