Night force shv 3-10 ???

Has anyone used this scope ? I see that it has a fixed parallax at 125 m.... I want to put it on a proof elevation rifle that I will use for hunting and shoot out to 500 yards with it ... how do you guys like the scope and would it work for this application ?

The illuminated models are fixed parallax but the non illuminated models do have an adjustable side focus. Both are great scopes but in that price range I would highly recommend you look through a vx5hd.

I had a vx5hd and it came with a canted reticle and I sent it back and it came back canted still.... I have heard of tracking issues as well ...... great glass tho ! I just like the reliability aspect of the night force

Back in the day I had a 2.5-10x32mm NXS that was fixed parallax at 125. It was great for practical marksmanship (2 MOA steel to 500 on an AR-15), not so great for printing tiny groups at distance.
