Rifle Scopes night vision buying. help

I'm looking into getting a good (not top of the line) pair of gen3 binos with at least 200 yrd range. Could use some advice if any body has some.

I don't have gen 3 but I do own Litton PVS-5s and mariner binoculars that are also gen 2. What I discovered was that magnification of quality is hard and expensive to find in one package. Ever notice that when you see all those sniper documentaries the always add the nightvision in front of the scope? Much of the Night owl and the like use old Russian designs repackaged to look new. For true G3 binoculars with any range ATN or Morovision. Keep in mind you're looking at $3K +. The Morovision is also only 3.2x
