Rifle Scopes Nightforce F1 or Vortex Razor?

I am putting together my first high end tactical rifle and and these seem to be the two best scopes that fall into my budget. Any info from users with experience with either or preferably both of these scopes that would help me decide b/w the two would be greatly appreciated. I will be shooting from 100yds out to 1000.
