I often see lots of negative posts of different manufacturers however I had a great experience with Nightforce last week. I loosened the turret cap screws on my elevation turret on my 5-25 Atacr and and loosened one screw a tad too far and it fell out...bounced around the top of my workbench then went to the land of the lost. And on the Thursday before a local Saturday match. Called to find out if I could go to the hardware store for a quick fix and was pleased that a knowledgeable tech actually answered the phone and put new screws in the mail next day service for free. Great service from a great company.
