I need some help... the NF reticle manual says that the MLR line thickness is 0,013MIL at 15X and 0,093MIL at 22X.

Being a Second Focal Plane reticle, the reticle would not appears smaller (relatively) to the target when zoom increase?

Or what the manual means is for the max 15X scope model and the X22 max model (ex: 5,5-22X50mm scope)?

My doubt is because I am thinking on buying the NF NXS 5,5-22x50mm MLR reticle scope and would like to know the thickness of the line at 200 and 300 meters.

I apreciate any help. Thanks!

No it would not appear smaller, because you are magnifying the target. Therefore, the reticle will cover more of the target which makes it appear to be thicker.

I can tell you that the SFP MLR is a little thinner than the MLR on the F1 FFP Nightforce.

By my calculations, the MLR SFP reticle thickness at 200 meters will be 1,85 centimeters and at 300 meters will be 2,79 centimeters.

Is that right?
