Looking to purchase my first Nightforce.Will be used for lr hunting and informal steel.What are the benefits of zero stop,I like the velocity 1000 retical any suggestions would be helpful

That explains the zero stops and the 'new' knobs. Reticles are a personal choice; I'd go MLR with mil knobs but you'll have to do some research to determine what is best for you.
