I received this email today. Look like they want all once fired brass demilled. Easy way for gun control.

Dear Valued Customer:

Please take a moment to note important changes set forth by the Defense Logistics Agency:

Recently it has been determined that fired munitions of all calibers, shapes and sizes have been designated to be Demil code B. As a result and in conjunction with DLA's current Demil code B policy, this notice will serve as official notification which requires Scrap Venture (SV) to implement mutilation as a condition of sale for all sales of fired munitions effective immediately. This notice also requires SV to immediately cease delivery of any fired munitions that have been recently sold or on active term contracts, unless the material has been mutilated prior to sale or SV personnel can attest to the mutilation after delivery. A certificate of destruction is required in either case.

Hmmm... Can we track down the ultimate source of this little piece of brilliance?

With copper and brass prices having plummetted, the .gov should earnestly scrounge for every small arms case they can, to surplus out at the higher price that fabricated goods bring.

This is fundamental economics, people!

I don't believe in being afraid or in the sky is falling, but I also don't believe in letting someone p----e on my back and tell me its raining either, Obama and cronies are hitting the secondamendment from so many angles with so much legislation, and other tactics how can anyone doubt it. Just my opinion.
