When you can just claim "something happened" and win in a stacked jury with a biased judge and don't even have to like know the actual date something took place or any real details...

You forget that the ones controlling the "national guard" and handing out all the orders that they "just obey" are the ones who have made this mess and control it and control the corruption.

aren’t there two states fighting the federal gubment right now over losing some control over the NG? Particularly the space force BUT what a precedence that would set for the feds to completely control the NG later on.
