Nolser BT and Hornady A-max Interchangeable?

I've recently become frustrated that Noslers cost more than most bullets and you only get 50 per box versus the normal 100 like other manufacturers. I've never really tried the the A-max or V-max but most folks seem to like them. So my question is, are the Nosler BT/Accubonds interchangeable with the Hornady V-max/A-max without completely redeveloping a load?

Not likely and you are comparing hunting bullets to Target and varmint bullets.

I shoot Nosler BT's and A-max and find them to be totally different shaped bullets. Each will have their own OAL requirement to maintain the same jump.

That said, I am now preferring the A-Max as I'm finding them more accurate in my rifles.

Just use the OCW method, working around your Nosler Load. It may or may not work out the same but it won't be much different.
