So I got my gradious rifle and I loaded my first round tonight. I put my powder pan on the scale and got 97.3 grains. Then I added powder after doing the math 97.3 + 82grains of retumbo = 179.3 grains total. The simple math seems correct to me what say you?

Robert gave me a dumbie round which I mic'd to 92.10mm My loaded round is set the that and has from what I can tell via my math 82 grains of powder. I'm using a MyWeigh i201 scale.

the round loaded next to a aussie 308 round :

When you put the pan on the scale, make that the zero setting (zero it) so that it will weigh only the powder and have already compensated for the weight of the pan.

A little confused as to your question. Your addition is accurate if that's what you're asking.
