Today, we would like to provide you with an important update regarding our go to market strategy. Effective immediately, Norma Precision Inc. has made the strategic decision to move our direct-to-consumer website pricing to MSRP. We also reevaluated our strategy concerning 3rd party online resellers. We believe that these changes were necessary to ensure our sales strategy aligns with our commitment to brick-and-mortar retailers.
As a company, we have always been committed to delivering the highest-quality products to our customers through our network of trusted dealers. However, we have observed a recent trend where online dealers are selling our products at significantly discounted prices, which undermines the value of our brand and the efforts of our stocking dealers.
To address this issue, we decided to hold MSRP and revise our approach to selling products to online dealers. Holding our pricing strategy is critical to everyone's success and ensures our products are sold at prices that align with the value they provide.
We understand that this change may impact some of our dealer partners who have been offering our products at discounted prices. However, we believe that it is essential to maintain and grow our brand while ensuring that all of our dealer partners can make money while continuing to provide high-quality products and services to the market.
