Norma made brass for Browning?

Has anyone heard of Norma brass that was made for browning? A friend has several hundred brand new 300 win mag cases that are made by Norma for browning, Its not annealed and looks nice and clean. what do you think? worth getting?

I had some Nosler brass that the boys at Nosler told me were made for them by Norma (3 years ago). VERY nice stuff. +-.5 gr over 300 rds. Load and go. About 13-15 firings so far.

If this is any indication, buy it , anneal it and don't look back.

I would be willing to bet that the brass HAS been annealed, but the colors have been lost in the final polish so they all look pretty.
