Old black rifle guy, just getting mature enough (49yrs) to appreciate long range gunning. Kicking doors and CQB is fun, but it's time to come to reality with long range skills. Although ex-USMC, never been in this club so I'm starting from scratch.
Might be hard to move away from the AR platform, so I may start with a 308 or 6.5 in that platform and thewn move forward as skills and desire grow.
