Nos. 190 Comps in an AR-T

I picked up a bunch of 190 Comps. at an estate sale, before trying to sell / trade them for something more suited my 300 yd. range I thought I'd give them a try in an AR-10-T. Thinking about starting with 37.5 gn of either I 4895 or 4064
What say the AR guru's ??
