A PAEDO drowned after having his head rammed down a stinking toilet bowl in prison by a fellow lag, police have said.
The lifeless body of David Oseas Ramirez, 56, was found at Duval County Jail in Jacksonville, Florida, on Tuesday morning.

He had been serving life for child sex abuse after being convicted of molesting a 11-year-old girl in 2013.
Ramirez was allegedly killed by convicted murderer Paul Dixon, 43, after the pair began trading insults and then punches, USA Today reports.
However, Dixon, who was jailed for murder when he was only 17-years-old, got the better of the paedo and allegedly pushed his head into the toilet water until his life left his body, the report says.
Jail records show that Ramirez is listed as being “released” from Duval County Jail with the reason given as “deceased”.
Crime expert Ken Jefferson told Newsweek that child abusers such as Ramirez enter prison with a proverbial target on their back.
He said: “When men go to jail accused, convicted of hurting a child, there is no peace in jail.
“They have to constantly watch over their back.
“They have to hope they can befriend someone to look out for them. To protect them.”
