Had a friend want me to build a couple of AR shorties for his boys. Delaware Machinery Lowers and Model 1 kits. I was figuring a couple to three hours(after cleaning up the factory triggers) to assemble both rifles. 7hours later and a damn near burnt up Dremmel I had them together.Had to "relieve the lower" to get the uppers to close on them.Never had this problem on the last 26 rifle builds! Tried the uppers on different lowers-no problem.A word to the wise-"You Get What You Pay For!"
