Yes, that is one option. I also have a good load with the 190 Sierra Matchking. It shoots very well in many different 300WM's we've tried. The 208/210 bullets are a little seating depth tolerant, and I haven't experimented enough with them in various rifles. I still shoot the 190 SMK in my 300WM, since it shoots so well. The BC is ok, and is not as seating depth sensitive. The 208/210 options have a very good BC and can be pushed pretty fast. </div></div>
I'm new to loading the 300wm and all my experience has been with the 220gr smks. At least in my own rifle, it seems very sensitive to seating depth. .030 off the rifling, it shoots like crap but, .010 off the rifling, bullets fly all through the same hole.
Does anyone know if that's normal for this bullet?
