Not that anyone reads my chit, but laugh emoji works only 20% of the time

I can use any other emoji but laugh react only works 10-20% of the time. Did I use them all up? Could you call China or India to see if they have any to spare so you could fill your tank back up? Is there a shortage or did the Jews corner the market like DeBeers did diamonds?

Not sure it’s a browser issue as I’ve used Brave and Safari, both with similar results.
