The end of 2020 is upon us. It's been a screwy year with a lot of weird **** going on. There were a lot of notable famous deaths in 2020...

1. Dawn Wells.
2. Charlie Pride.
3. Neil Peart.
4. Sean Connery.
5. Eddie Van Halen.
6. Fred Neal, "Curly" from the Globetrotters.
7. Olivia de Havilland.
8. Wilford Brimley.
9. Kirk Douglas.
10. Kenny Rogers.

The list could go on... and it does. These people were public figures in music, film, & sports who entertained us for decades. I hope they rest easy.

Most troubling was the death of other things.

1. Common sense.
2. Common human decency, morality, and ability to accept facts, or personal responsibility.
3. Deaths caused by the first 2, in politically motivated, well funded, and orchestrated riots, and a highly politicized response to a surprise (but well timed) pandemic of questionable origins.
4. Practically our entire political system. Due to the corporate fat cats, and foreign powers who own them, and the the media, and tech companies they use to control the flow of information, and influence the public.
5. Our freedom, our economy, and quite possibly our very nation, they worked so hard to destroy.

It is these deaths that will haunt us going into 2021.

Happy New Year America.

I should have known when The Professor on the drum kit died, this year was going to suck badly.

I didn't see Dawn Wells passed. Mary Ann > Ginger!!

I’m not notable but on 2/25/20 I died. Cardiac arrest at work. Then came back to life. Life was saved by coworkers. Chest compression. It still hurts. Hard to kill I guess.

Other losses
Jerry Jeff Walker
Billy Joe Shaver

i have co workers like that, too. aint no way they will take over a project i am involved in. sons-a-bishes wont let me out of NOTHING!

Yes, 2020 sucked. It was a year of loss for many. I lost one of my best friends and my mom neither one to the rhona. I totaled my car, everything that could go fucked did, every spark of joy that started was pissed on. In all that fucked upness I had one win. My goal to end the year debt free was accomplished. I'm taking that fucking W, my last drop of serotonin and I'm running with it.

I don't care what happened in the election because they're a 1000 miles away from me and have less effect on my life then they want me to think they do. I don't care about this BS virus plandemic because I know most people are sheep and will follow the curve that's why we're a socialist nation now, I know looking at history that America is now socialist something that I have fought since I was a child to try and stop because I understood it then. 21 will probably be another shit year, but the best mushrooms grow on the dark side of the shit. Like Monty Python always said, look on the bright side of life.🤣

Close call. First off, glass you're still with us.

These kind of close calls don't happen often, but it seems like every time they do, it leads to the "I died" stories. Now, I'd like to point out that seeing as how they brought you back after your heart stopped... you DIDN'T die. Your heart stopped. Big difference. When you die... you don't get to come back. You even said it in your very next sentence, your life was "saved". Were you DEAD, they couldn't save you. BTW, damn good thing your co-workers know CPR. Good skill to have.

Only one man in human history ever came back from the dead... even then, it took him 3 days, and the hand of God to do it.

But still, glad you're here. Hopefully 2021 won't screw things up for you.

Why didn't anyone mention Robert Gradous? He was a great guy and I wish I knew him better.
Had the distinct pleasure to spend about a week in his little haunted house while he tried to teach me a tiny bit of his magic. I only remember how damn smart and down to earth he was. Very humble, very honest, very missed.
