Noveske switch block tech question

I ordered a switch block and needed a midgas length system but received a rifle length. Is it possible to just switch the gas tube on these? Don't wanna tear into it if its not going to work. I've emailed Noveske and called but do to everything going on I haven't received an answer and don't expect to either.

Be patient with Noveske, it will be a few days maybe a week but they will answer. They have always answered every email I've sent them. It wasn't right away but they always responded. If you have a smith with the knowledge of how it fits and works I would think you MIGHT be able to cut the gas tube down from the receiver end. Don't do that unless you know for sure though.

Don't get me wrong I've had nothing but good luck with them. Just didn't figure they had the time for my lil ole issue. But thanx for the info

I have a carbine length that I switched out for a midlength and have had no problems. Called Eden and she sent me the tube and an extra pin, but that was over a year ago

Na, your never too little for Noveske. That's why I'm a customer for life. Good luck with everything.

If its as easy as pulling the pin and swapping the gas tube I'd prefer doing that. Like I said before I'm not complaining by any means. It's my fault for ordering the wrong one, but at least I got one before they ran out.
