Awesome shooting. Incredible that the "reel" West has fostered and produced an entire class of shooting sports based on sheer speed, while the real West stressed far more accuracy shooting and long range shots, usually with rifles.

If you really want to challenge yourself and push your skills to the limits, join SASS/NCOWS and shoot in the Plainsman category, with cap and ball revolvers. Reloading aids such as spare cylinders are allowed. It is all about holding your own and maintaining pace while it gets heated all around you. Better not let those percussion caps fall as you are reloading, as the clock is ticking. Scoring is based on both speed and accuracy, so just cranking off rounds faster than the guy in the next booth is not enough... Incredibly fun and hones your fine motor skills to the next level.
