Just got my NF 8-32x back from having a NPR1 installed. Took a few pics while killing some time at work.

its at 32x for the photo (i think its roughly .75 moa per line at 32x magnification, haven't found a good conversion yet for sfp)
The area the reticle covers is roughly 75' high for those that will try and range it.

not too bad for a thumbnail guess....

Took it out to play this weekend, i love having the finer marks for ranging. No guessing if if its 3 or 3.5 like with the npr2. I only ranged with it on the 22x, i haven't found/don't know the conversion for running it on 32x since its sfp.

It set me back 250+SH. I will always have matching knobs and reticles from here on out... MOA ranging math is easier. It was worth the expense.

Re: NPR1

Assuming that your "ranging power" is correct and not just a touch off either way, then here's the correction to range at 32x (or any other power for that matter)

"Proper ranging power"/"Power it's set on" = conversion factor.

Let's say you have it on 32x and it'supposed to range on 22x and the target looks like it takes up 3.0 MOA

22/32 = 0.6875

3 MOA * .6875 = 2.0625 MOA true target size

Nice reticle, I have the NPR1 almost all of my NF's (the 2.5-10x32 has the R2 in it)
