Finally done with all the training I need for the Scouts (including the Venturer level scouts who can use pistols and "any rifles"). All in all the training was well organized and quite valuable. I do intend to add the metallic reloading instructor rating as a lot of people want this training (not Scouts) and it gives me an excuse to get better at it.
Any suggestions from other NRA instructors on courses/certifications that you found particularly useful? So far, it is only in my support of the BSA that I am doing any of this.
