To echo what the dudes above have said, some things are critical, a lot of gear isn't helpful and just takes up space.
- Accurate rifle with consistent ammo, reliable optics and known / tested / verified drop data
- Binos with LRF (ideally with AB software that is also verified)
- Good tripod, 3 or 2 leg sections that you can shoot off / glass from standing
- Data management (arm board with hard data and somewhere to write / draw / take notes etc.)
- 2 magazines (that hold up to 10 rounds each)
- A highly adjustable bipod (double / triple pull ckyepod or a Tricer RP style twist lock for example)
- Comfortable backpack with weather dependent clothing
- Barricade shooting bag, I personally prefer to lug around heavy sand for better support
- Consider an additional bag to help build up an awkward position or shoot prone
- Snacks / sunscreen / hat / ear pro etc.
- Comfortable clothing that allows you to move and get into random kneeling positions
