Has there been any update as to the lawsuit filed in NYS overt hat twat Hochul new ccia law that bans legal gun owners from carrying just about anywhere?The judge was suppose to rule before Sept 1st and hopefully grant an injunction so this obviously illegal tactic wont go into effect.Any news?

Possibly later on today a judge will rule if they plan to enjoin said new law.

Well by my knowledge of time it must be aronud 7 pm in NYS so when will he render?After he discusses it with the Gov?

Well he threw out the entire suit so 9/1 it goes into effect. Isnt it odd Hochulis and Adams had a press conference on Time Square and gun free zones just yesterday as if they knew what the decision was.Nah couldnt be.
