Yep. Because Cali politicians are permanently sucking the Federal dick for money (lest the State implode). While I took a hit personally, I think the removal of the SALT deductions from the Federal tax code was the right thing to do. No sense in having the rest of the country finance the decisions of those douche bags in Sacramento, New York, Chicago and Trenton...it just rewards bad behavior.

As a small company they have seen substantial increases in insurance costs since the implementation of ACA. While affordable insurance is important for everyone ACA was a move to punish small businesses and the middle class.

It was pretty much guaranteed to go that way once supreme court nominations started being all about politics and nothing about proven neutral legitimate referees on what was constitutional or not.

FDR Kicked off the whole thing in a big way when he openly threatened the supreme court to do as he said & they got scared enough and ruled his freedom hating, communist, enslaving actions legal. Then it only got worse years later as the courts became packed with political operatives.
