Hi all, just wanted to double check on my OCW plan. I'll edit and post results once I've got em.
Items:
Lapua small primer brass
RL-16 (got an 8# jug!)
CCI 450's
140gr ELD-M
shot in a Tikka CTR 24" w/ a chrono
5 shot groups loaded at 0.3gr increments from 40-43gr, stop at any signs of pressure. I haven't pre-fired these (fire-form to chamber) yet; I was hoping that the load development is still valid for subsequent neck-size loads. Is that okay to do?
I've heard Lapua brass may be smaller capacity (thicker) so I hope they don't bump up the pressure too much.
