I know that the OCW tests are intended to be shot in round robin fashion to equalize variables like barrel fouling, fatigue, etc. What I am wondering is if anyone has tried doing them on multiple days to average out environmental conditions. Say one round of each charge increment on each of three days.

Any thoughts?

I think if you run the test right, and properly interpret the targets (not always so easy)... the load will work well for you within a pretty wide range of weather conditions.

That said, the deepest part of the node might vary as to its location in different temperatures and during other variables in the weather, so I wouldn't dissuade someone from doing an OCW in the freezing winter, and then another in the heat of summer, and having seasonal load recipes.

But even if you don't do that, a good load ought to work year round.
