I know that .5 grain increments is not ideal but it is what it is. I will post the results below. Let me know what you guys see and interpret. I will state my results below.

175 SMK's:
COL 2.800"
NEW Lapua Brass

tested 42-45 grains.
My interpretation: I see 2 nodes. Low being 42-43 grains. High node 44-45 grains. Standard Deviation at the high node ranges from 3.4-8 ES was 15.

155 Amax:
COL 2.810"
Fire-Formed Winchester Brass

tested 43-47 grains. No pressure signs (sticky bolt, flat primers) at 47 grains.
***I had 3 fliers which I marked with markedly different MV's so I screwed up somewhere... These "fliers" did throw off my SD and ES for my lower node.
My interpretation: 2 nodes one at 43.5-44.5grains. (fliers here throw data off but avg MV is 2600-2700) I would like to see more MV pushing 155's.
High Node at 46-47 grains. SD 7-17 MV ranges 2800-2900 closer to what I would have hoped or wanted.

Thanks for the help guys!

Grab one of those upper nodes and load some more up. Try to shoot them out at distance and see what happens. I think that will tell you all you need to know. 100 yards does not always tell the full story.

You are looking for a load that consistently shows the least amount of vertical spread. Thinking of it that way usually makes it pretty easy to tell which direction to go. Another great idea is to pair this OCW with a good ladder test. That will give you lots of confidence you are on a good node.
