LOL! I haven't tried the OCW yet. We had 14 mph sustained and gusts to 25, so I thought I'd best refrain until a calmer day. Or maybe I should've gone ahead with it - then I could blame the horizontal spread on the wind.Don’t worry about it until it starts to get over 25mph Seriously. The effects of wind at 100 are so minimal it’s not even worth thinking about. If you’re having a lot of horizontal spread than it’s shooter related.
You may want to wait til a calmer day and go further distance. 300 or better yet 500 yds would probably give better feedback vs 100 yds. Just my $.02
OCW is a load development process to be shot at 100yds.

To that point, and with my experience using the above process, if you have a chronograph, wind should’t matter because optimal charge can be determined with a fair degree of accuracy merely anaylizing the chronograph data.
Are you using a chronograph and what OCW procedure are you using?
Guys I promise wind will move your bullets at 100 yards, a brisk wind will fuck an OCW
