Odd Glitch

I am logged-in . I see a ' 1 notification ' at the top right of screen . And I have to be logged-in to see this Notification along with the Site saying I am logged-in ..
I Clik go to the notification and it comes up that saying ..this person and 1 other have posted on Thread of my subscribing to . . I then Clik on it and the Site gives me a Page, saying ...I am not authorized to view this, and Site wants me to Log-in to view .

Ya there are a bunch of glitches, we have another update happening soon, we are currently 1.5 updates behind and unfortunately unlike previous versions, this version of the software needs them
