So I've been trying to figure out the best place to ask this.. anyways here it is. im building another smokeless muzzleloader in 45 for my remington bolt action. my last 45 has 8 grooves, and just seems the common way to be. the couple barrels i've been looking at have options between 6 groove or 8 groove.
is there an advantage of one over the other in specific situations or what?? cant seem to find much info on this topic.. thanks for any input!!
