Dear All,

Frustrated!

The US S&B website doesn't even mention the 12.5-50x50; the German website is 1. In German and 2. Barely gives any useful info beyond "This is a great scope for long range shooting".

I'm looking for detailed info on turret options
[such as: are there 0.1/0.05/0.025mRad choices for elevation? 0.1 mRad option for windage?]

Also after simple info like: Turret operation (ie I believe the first turn gives one dot, second turn 2 dots and so on, am I correct?)

Is there an up to date online 'official' info source on these scopes that I'm not spotting?

Thanks!

http://www.sportoptics.com/schmidt-bender-pm-12-50x56-P4FMOA.aspx

i've got one here at the shop, only moa at the moment as far as adjustments go

your correct on the dots and there are numbers visible in the windows on the elevation turret, and normal pmII style colored window turrets in the windage.

did i mention i'm in a super good mood today, i could put you in this scope before the weekend

Jay,

I clicked on the link and noticed a discrepancy on the adjustment incremement - at the top of the page, above the box with "Sale Price", and the "Add to Cart" and "Print This Page" buttons the following info is bolded:

<span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="font-style: italic">Police & Marksman II 12-50x56
P4 Fine Reticle - 34mm Tube - .125 MOA</span></span>

<span style="text-decoration: underline">Notice the .125 MOA</span> (1/8 MOA)?

However, in the <span style="font-style: italic">"Detailed Specification Review"</span> box, the <span style="font-style: italic">"Impact Point Correction"</span> (adjustment increment) is listed as .25 MOA / (1/4) MOA. If the scope offered for sale is indeed in .125 MOA increments, there should be a <span style="font-style: italic">"1"</span> after the decimal point (so it reads <span style="font-style: italic">".125 MOA")</span>.

Conversely, if the scope offered for sale is indeed in .25 MOA increments, there should be no <span style="font-style: italic">"1"</span> after the decimal point at the top of the page above the box (so it reads <span style="font-style: italic">".25 MOA")</span>.

Re: Official S&B 12.5-50x56 Info?

I have one sitting in front of me and even the owners manual shows NO information on it what so ever!!!

I have a 1/8 moa model with the P4F reticle. It has 120 clicks per revolution and 6 revolutions. For what I thought was 90MOA of elevation. Although the turret shows 5 dots = 60 MOA and the counter on the turret goes up to 5.

WTF?

If you go by the counter on the turret you get 75 MOA.
