Another vote for Mark. Some of the work he has been putting out lately is amazing and crazy clean.
He is building my Surgeon action build right now and he has a shorter wait then many of the other well know smiths. I'm sure that is increasing so I would contact him asap as soon as he gets back from his honeymoon. He's out of the shop from Sept 1-15th.

+1 on SAC according to my research and all reviews. He also did some work on a custom GAP build that I bought used...added a bolt handle and cerakote finish to the metal and stock. Very happy with the contributions he made

I have visited Mark's shop, seen his work and for sure, he is talented and dedicated to everything he builds. Mark is a rising star in this industry. He gets high marks on the Hide for some of the best gunsmithing around.
Another very talented gunsmith in central Ohio is Gerald Kuthy of Custom Blue. He also has very fast turnaround and makes incredibly accurate rifles. He has done some work for me and I could not be happier. He is located off of I-77 near Newcomerstown. He flies under the radar for sure. Give him a call: 740-498-8790 or [email protected]
Either one will do exactly what you want/need at reasonable prices.

Yep, Mark at Short Action Customs. FYI. That 3rd link is my rifle and I still need to get some better pics of it up for him.
Also, Mark just left on his honeymoon so he will be a bit tough to get a hold of for the next 1.5 weeks. Please keep that in mind when trying to contact him right now.

Id use Mark. He has done a few builds for me. Every one of them is top notch work. have no fear SAC will build you a hell of a rifle.
