Hello folks, new to the forum. I have an old scope I hope someone can help me identify. There is no labeling on it anywhere. It came to me on a WW2 vintage 98 Mauser that was extensively sporterized long ago, I'm thinking in the 50's or 60's. Total mixmaster on numbering. The only mark on the SSR mount is the number 44 stamped on the base. The tube is 1.064 inch.

Thanks for the help.

The closest I can come is a German WWI scope made by Rathenow. That's my guess. 3X and typically very good German glass.
