This is my first post as a new member but I have 50+ years of experience with many types of optics. My question is simple. What are my options in today's market to replace my Swarovski 20-60X80 ST Habitat spotting scope to a more compact scope? I am looking for any brand scope that will have "HD" optics in a more compact design. Nothing wrong with my Swarovski but I would like a scope that's a little shorter and has the latest optical coatings. Anyone have knowledge of the new top quality spotting scopes?

I have the Kowa 883. It’s the big brother to the 554. I absolutely love it. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Would love a reticle option but I don’t see that happening.
The 554 is a fantastic option for a smaller footprint while keeping all the options.
