Put your rifle down on the range, then sprint away a hundred yards or so, then back. Take the shot. It's a really good exercise for breaking the shot at the bottom of your breathing cycle even when the cycle is coming at very short intervals. And you can do that exercise dry-firing as well.

And the winners more often than not shoot it clean. Not bad at all. I liked watching the transitions with the rifle. Slick. serious muscle memory there.
