I was not a fan of Tupperware when they decided to issue them, but like anything you train the hell out of on, you get very accustomed to. I have been tainted by Glock, everytime I go to purchase a new pistol I seem to gravitate back to them. Of course from a practical stand point, we are only authorized for G22 and G17(these were authorized for women who had issue with the G22 size and recoil) on duty, and the G23, G27, and 9mm varriants in plain clothes. </div></div>
G22 is exactly the same frame as a G17, so I highly doubt the G17 is authorized because of its "size" over the G22.
Personally, I'm glad to hear that your department allows 9mm, though, as it'd be my choice if I were in your shoes.
