Once Fired Alpha Brass

I just bought some Eagle Eye Ammo. Figured it was the cheapest way to get some good brass. After I shoot through my rifle, is there any special brass prep? Should I go to the effort of chamfering the hole from the primer to powder? Obviously I will check case OAL but if the case does not need trimming, does the case mouth need to be chamfered from the ID/OD?

I chamfer my brass every time I reload it.
It might not need much but just touch it to clean up and nicks or burrs
