Once fired Lake city LR brass

I have used lake city LR before with good results but it was new match ammo that bought, shot, and reloaded several times. I have a friend that purchased a lot of brass from a gov auction and he has good amount of the LR brass. He gave me around 25 to try out. Out of that bunch, there were a few that look very good like my other LR brass and FL sized normal. The majority of the brass have lines on the case neck and shoulder, and FL sizing was a bit harder than normal. My question is, has any came across this or know what it is from? I have been searching the Internet and have come up with nothing specific other than they could have been fired form a m14 or m1a. The first and third pictures are before SS tumbling and the second is after.

They were fired from an FAL, or a rifle with a fluted chamber. They're harder to resize, but should be fine to shoot. After a few firings, you won't notice a difference in sizing.

Thanks! I didnt know what to call it, now i can find all the info i want about it. I will give them a try and see if i get the usual results.

They look similar to that out of a Larue OBR as well. Doesn’t size any different than normal.
