When I moved to Idaho 19 years ago I was a member of the Garand Collector’s Association for years they’re all 22 rifles are gone now. The vintage sniper’s I owned were a beautiful M1C and a 1996 CMP lottery M1D that came from Tooele Army Depot in Utah. I also had a very nice all original 1903A4 had a few real nice 03’s also. The only picture I have is of the CMP M1D which I purchased from a widow who’s husband one it in the 96 lottery. The rifle was brand new and never put together until it was mine I also shot it I don’t own anything I don’t shoot.
