Hello!
I've got a nikon buckmaster 6-18x40 and a sako quad with four different barrels/calibers as follow: 22lr, 22wm, 17mach2 and 17hmr. I want to use the same scope for all four barrels. How do I do?
Just mark the target knobs with each caliber on the scope or what? Suggestions? Help please!

first........sell me your quad.

if you are going to try and use the same scope, you are going to have to record a lot of data. If you are really going to use all four barrels, you need to zero with one (you most used) and reset scope. Then you need to change barrels and record how much shift occurs. You can either mark the scope turrets or just record the data somewhere.....repeat for each barrel.

You will be better off IMHO if you keep one zero and record all the other barrels in relation to that zero...instead of trying to record them relative to each other.

Sako made a color coded quad specific scope that tried to do it for you....I believe it was a burris

No, I won't sell my sako sorry

Think you right about zero one of the barrels. I also agree with you about the data recording. Then marking the turrets for the other 3 barrels. That could actually work. thanks!

I know about the Burris "quad" scope but to be honest I don't like it
