Doesn't surprise me at all. I had one of my packages delivered to a home 2 miles north of me, because the relief driver that was working the route just threw packages out on random door steps with no signature or confirmation. My normal driver who had been on vacation told me the asshole also got high marks from management because he delivered more than the normal number of packages in record time! I guess if you don't care where you deliver them as long as you get the truck emptied its OK.
