Opened a package of disappointment today - Labradar didn't arrive intact

I learned my lesson - especially after the recent thread on Midway packaging match grade components so poorly. I'll be calling Bison Tactical in the morning and seeing if they can get me a new Labradar by Friday. Not blaming Labradar at all.

This doesn't sound right.
 
Just placed the order online with Bison Tactical. Their 2 day shipping is priced better than Midway's standard 5 day ground.
 
Ugh. Yeah, mine didn't sound like that (hope it never does). Well, bright side is that 2 day shipping still gets it here before the weekend! Sucks, though - agreed.
 
That sucks. Spend all that money and they skimp on packaging. Hope u can work something out

This is the negative with Midway - have had way too many bullet orders (include blackpowder lead projectiles) where they didnt pack well or seal the bullet cases (where the original mfg didnt) and they arrive bouncing around the box ... i have to call them and ask them WTF many many times (the heavy 45-70 lead projectiles are 530gr a piece and they pack them in a cardboard box with a single piece of tape - even after they having to replace multiple (5?) shipments they continue to ship them that way.

Have had dies arrive this way as well.

Love midway - but they need to learn how to package their goods.
 
I agree, but my biggest problem with shipping has consistently been the USPS. Talk about a bunch of overpaid I-dont-give-a-shit idiots! They have "lost" 3 different shipments of optics, 1 of electronics and my damned DRIVERS LICENSE ! This, all in one year. I am now at the point where if my only option is the USPS, I buy elsewhere. I'm so sick of not getting what I paid for. I emailed the Postmaster General - that brought 3 hasty responses about how "We will do everything in our power to find your purchases and get them to you" - and that was the end of it. Disgusting...If yours came by USPS I may have an idea what happened to it... Consider the shipper.

Well, it turned on! That's sayin something for LR. That unit never made it out to the range.
Thanks to Bison Tactical I had a properly packed replacement within 48 hours. Midway is returnig the damaged one for me.
