Hi,
I am looking at the new grizzly Grizzly.com (copy and paste i cant figure out how to hyperlink this from phone) and wanted any opinions on this. It would be used for little projects and small tasks like drill/tap and action, enlarge scope mount threads (#6-#8 size). Would this do the trick? I am limited on space and yes i would like a larger knee mill but for the near future this would fit my space and i THINK it would suffice for my tasks. Also mainly plastics and aluminum would be cut/used. Maybe, rarely some steel. I know the right/good quality tooling sure makes the difference and i plan on this, i just wondered if this is even worth thinking about.

I had a mill like that and it worked but I upgraded to a used Bridgeport 2J knee mill. Its bigger, but not that much so. If you have room for one of those, you probably have room for a knee mill. The knee mills are easier to you and much more versatile.

I used my little mill for 1911 and Hi Power sight installations, shotgun sights and other random tasks. It worked OK.
