Hi all, I haven't been able to find much info on the reliability of new DSA FAL mags. What's been your experience? Thank you in advance...

I bought some from PSA a couple years ago still in the cosmoline. Had to disassemble them and wash them up with mineral spirits to remove the preservative. 8 out of ten ran perfectly in my pre-RRA Bushmaster BAR10. The other 2 have never fed the first round. They have a different look to them from the others, but I have NOT taken the time to study them and figure out what was different. I just flagged them and put them aside for now. All in all the mags appear to be high quality and they may be flawless in a FAL-I just got 2 that were "different" both in appearance and performance.
If buying for a Rock River I'd go with the new polymer mags they have out.

Thank you for sharing your experience. They are for an LAR-8 and I do have some of the polymer mags...just trying to diversify mags I guess. Thanks again...
